What to expect when you book

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Before pickup

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
