About the Subaru Outback
Searching for collision replacement car? Here is the Subaru Outback: what it is like and how to rent it. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly.
The figures, translated
The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.
Who it is for
It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.
Size and space
An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
Booking in plain terms
Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. You pay when you approve, and only then.
Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
Before pickup
Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.
If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Collision replacement car: the Subaru Outback
Can I rent a Subaru Outback in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $0 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
