The booking steps

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Driver requirements

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
