From request to keys

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

Before pickup

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
