Yameri and the Model Y

San Francisco el Ocatal, San Francisco el Ocotal and Río Tiltepec are the closest places to Yameri on our list.

Under the hood

The powertrain here is the electric motor with all-wheel drive and a 1-speed automatic. Being electric, it is quiet and quick from a stop, and it charges at home, at work or at public chargers. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

At 17.4 kWh/100 km, a 300 km day uses roughly 52 kWh. Its rated range is 507 km on a full charge; real range drops in cold weather and at highway speeds. Per 100 km, plan on roughly $2.61.

Best uses

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country.

Living with the Model Y

The higher seat of a compact SUV gives a good view of the road in traffic.

Can you rent one?

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.

What to have ready

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

From request to keys

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
