How a booking comes together

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

The rules, briefly

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
