Executive car service with this car

Executive car service: the 2020 Subaru Forester Base. Here is the car in plain words, and how renting one from CarmaCars works. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

Renting for Java

CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 1,639 km from Java, and does not deliver there. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Java.

Next door to Java are Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

What the figures tell you

Its 2.5L 4-cylinder drives through an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

The EPA rates it at 8.2 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 25 litres. At our price setting, it costs about $12.71 to drive 100 km.

Practical details

An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.

Good uses for the Forester

Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Rent this car

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

How to book

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Checking your details

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
