The figures, translated

It runs the electric motor, with all-wheel drive. Being electric, it is quiet and quick from a stop, and it charges at home, at work or at public chargers. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Its rating is 18.6 kWh/100 km: about 56 kWh for 300 km. Its rated range is 507 km on a full charge; real range drops in cold weather and at highway speeds. In money, 1,000 km costs about $27.90 at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. It suits people who want to try an electric car before buying one.

Practical details

Being a mid-size car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. In plain terms, its 425 litres of luggage space hold a family's bags for a long weekend.

Can you rent one?

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner.

What to have ready

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

Your request, our offer, your keys

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Ready when you are

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
