Close by are Selby, Lowry and Sitka, each with its own page.

The numbers in plain words

Under the hood: the 1.8L 4-cylinder and front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

It is rated 7.5 L/100 km combined: about 23 litres every 300 km. A 300 km weekend costs about $34.89 in energy at our price setting.

Who it is for

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Inside and out

As a mid-size car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. In plain terms, its 368 litres of luggage space hold about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Can I rent it?

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner.

Requirements

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Booking in plain terms

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
