Requirements

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Booking in plain terms

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
