Getting the car booked

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

What we ask of drivers

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
