Luup alternative with this car
If a rental car is the plan, the Mazda 3 is worth a look; here is why. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
The figures, translated
No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.
Who the 3 suits
It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.
Space, size and seats
A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway.
Rent this car
Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Delivery starts at $75 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
What we need from you
The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
The booking steps
Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.
A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Can I rent a Mazda 3 in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
