Paint touch up: your Carnival

Your 2024 Kia Carnival SX+ and scratch repair: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.

About your Carnival

As a minivan, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. Its blue paint is part of the quote: darker colours show swirls and scratches more readily. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.

The request

Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. You can add a rental to the same request.

A rental while we work

Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.

Timing

Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.

Keeping it that way

New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.

What goes into a quote

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.

Before you drop the car off

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
