Your Carnival and scratch repair

For the 2024 Kia Carnival SX, scratch repair starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.

Your Carnival, up close

As a minivan, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. NHTSA lists 2 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.

Booking a time

A person reads your request and replies with the next step. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.

Stay on the road

Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.

What goes into a quote

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match.

On the day

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

Looking after it afterwards

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.

Planning around the work

Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
