Your 2024 Kia Carnival SX: the work

Here is how we handle scratch repair for the 2024 Kia Carnival SX: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.

What your car means for the work

Its green paint is part of the quote: darker colours show swirls and scratches more readily. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.

What happens after you ask

We reply within one business day with a time and a price. You can add a rental to the same request. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.

Keep driving meanwhile

We collect the rental when your car is ready. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

How the price is set

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match.

After the work

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

Getting the car ready

Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

Planning around the work

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule.

Ready to ask?

When you are ready, a short request books the work.
