Your 2020 Subaru Forester Base: the work

Here is how we handle rust repair for the 2020 Subaru Forester Base: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Rust is cut out or treated, then the area is refinished.

About your Forester

As a compact SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.

The request

Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Ask anything about the work in the request.

Timing

Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.

Keeping it that way

Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

Before you drop the car off

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.

What affects the price

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.
