The work on your Forester

This page covers rust repair for the 2020 Subaru Forester Base, and a rental while the car is with us. Rust is cut out or treated, then the area is refinished.

The car itself

We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Its beige paint is part of the quote: darker colours show swirls and scratches more readily. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.

The request

Ask anything about the work in the request. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.

Pricing, plainly

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.

How long it takes

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens.

After the work

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

Getting the car ready

Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
