Turo alternative and the GMC Value Van
For a rental car, the GMC Value Van could fit; below, the figures and how booking works. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.
The figures, translated
No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.
Who it is for
It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.
Space and size
A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway.
Can you rent one?
There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Getting the car booked
Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.
Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
Driver requirements
You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
Your move
Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.

Can I rent a GMC Value Van in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
