Turo alternative: black 2021 Honda Odyssey EX in Java

Renting the 2021 Honda Odyssey EX

If a rental car is the plan, the 2021 Honda Odyssey EX is worth a look; here is why. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

Renting for Java

If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Java. Java is about 3,178 km from our Toronto location, beyond the area we deliver to.

The pages for Klinefelter, Ibis and Arrowhead Junction cover the areas next door.

What the figures tell you

Power comes from the 3.5L 6-cylinder, driving through a 10-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

Fuel use is rated 10.5 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 32 litres. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $48.84 at our price setting.

Space and size

Being a minivan, it carries people and their bags without fuss.

Who it is for

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Renting it

Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car.

What we ask of drivers

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

The steps

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
