Your request

We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. For a repair, a few photos from different angles help us quote it.

Keeping it that way

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

When the car is ready

Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.

Why prices differ

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.

On the day

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

Our reach

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Ruby. The distance is about 281 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 250 km.

If the car will be in Toronto for a while, tell us the dates and we fit the work in. The work happens around Toronto, so the car has to come to us. Questions about Ruby? Send a request and a person answers honestly. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
