How to request it

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

What to bring

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

Keeping it that way

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

Why prices differ

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.

Planning around the work

If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
