Buying a car in Ruby

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. Shop for the car anywhere you like, and rent the same model from us first if we have it. We are happy to point you in the right direction, and to rent you a similar car to try.

A test drive that lasts

Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other.

Buying smart in Ontario

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car.

While you shop

Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Reach and distance

Ruby is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. Delivery covers about 250 km around Toronto; Ruby is about 1,005 km away.

For buying in Ruby, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Shopping in Ruby? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
