Battery Boost in Ruby, SC

Battery Boost: how we help

For battery service in Ruby, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. Plainly: A boost for a dead battery, by a roadside service we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A battery that struggles in the cold is often near the end of its life.

Our part and the shop's part

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

Getting a clear quote

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Car care, briefly

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
