Arranging the work in Pendleton County

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

A rental means the repair does not stop your week. Ask for a rental in the same request as the repair. Collecting it from us in Toronto is free.
Between shop visits
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
What to ask
Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
