The request

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. A quote is free and comes from a person. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time.

When the car is ready

Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.

After the work

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

Pricing, plainly

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.

Getting the car ready

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
