Towing in Berkeley, IL

Towing: how we help

For a tow in Berkeley, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What to send us

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Car care, briefly

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.

A short checklist

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Our reach

We are based in Toronto; Berkeley is not somewhere we have a location. From our location in Toronto, Berkeley is about 734 km away in a straight line; we deliver within about 250 km.

We know shops around Toronto best; for Berkeley, we say plainly what we can do. If we do not know a shop in Berkeley, we say so rather than guess. Tell us what you need in Berkeley, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.

One more step

Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
