Car Financing in Berkeley

Car Financing in Berkeley: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them, but we can still be useful. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Drive it like you own it

Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags.

Buying smart in Ontario

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

While you shop

If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Reach and distance

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Berkeley. Berkeley lies about 734 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. For buying in Berkeley, local dealers and private sellers are where to look.
