Towing in Edwin, CA

Towing: how we help

Towing in Edwin: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

The steps

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Talking to the shop

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

Good habits for your car

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
