Towing in Ruby, NE

Towing near Ruby

Towing in Ruby: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the request works

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Small things that help

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

What to ask

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Honest about distance

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Ruby. By straight line Ruby is about 1,497 km from our location in Toronto; by road it is farther, and beyond our 250 km delivery area.

Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. For a breakdown in Ruby, a local service will reach you faster than we can. If you are unsure whether we can help with Ruby, ask; we answer plainly. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.

One more step

Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
