Why people choose us

Delivery and collection at the end, or pickup from our location at no charge: you choose. Delivery is priced in your offer, and you choose the address and the time. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking.

What to expect when you book

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Before you rent

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
