Getting the car booked

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Renting: the basics

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
