The steps

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Driver requirements

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
