Who it is for

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

Why this works

A rental keeps you earning while you shop for your own car or wait for a repair. Hybrids and compact cars are a sensible choice for long shifts when we have them. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged.

How booking works

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

What to bring

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
