Turo Alternative in Ruby, CO

A car for Ruby

Planning a trip between Toronto and Ruby? CarmaCars rents in Toronto, in Canadian dollars. The key point: Rent from CarmaCars directly: one company handles the car, the rental agreement, the deposit and support from the request to the return. Send a request with no payment, and pay only once we confirm the car and the full price. Turo is named only to describe what you compared; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by Turo. A person confirms every booking before anything is charged.

What we can do for Ruby

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Ruby. From our location in Toronto, Ruby is about 2,375 km away in a straight line; we deliver within about 250 km.

For the days before or after a flight to Ruby, we can have a car for you in Toronto. A rental can leave Ontario only with our written consent, agreed before you go. Ask us about Ruby in a request; a person answers honestly. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Why this works

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. The request is free, so you can ask without committing. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time.

Who this suits

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

Irwin, Floresta and Crested Butte are the neighbouring places on our list.

Buckhorn Ranch Airport is the nearest airport, roughly 14 km away.

Request, offer, keys

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

What you need to rent

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
