In green

Want green? Put it in the request. The studio image shows the Civic in green; photos of each real car are on its page. Tell us if green is a must or a preference, and we look accordingly.

What the figures tell you

The 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo, paired with an automatic (CVT), drives it. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Plan on about 21 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 6.9 L/100 km. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $10.70 at our price setting.

Space, size and seats

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. Luggage space is 736 litres, enough for bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.

Good uses for the Civic

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Rent this car

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

What we need from you

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Requesting a car

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

When you know your dates

Pick a car, send a request, and decide once you see the offer.
