Colour notes

Ask for orange in your request; the offer confirms the colour of the car. A orange car can be requested, but never promised before we confirm. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for orange and we try.

Specs, explained

Power comes from the 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo, driving through an automatic (CVT). The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

Fuel use is rated 6.9 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 21 litres. A 300 km weekend costs about $32.10 in energy at our price setting.

Space, size and seats

Being a large sedan, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. At 736 litres, the trunk fits bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.

Good uses for the Civic

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Renting this car

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

What to expect when you book

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

What we need from you

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

One more step

Send your dates and we will reply with a car and a price.
