Bald Knobs and the Forester

If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Bald Knobs. CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 568 km from Bald Knobs, and does not deliver there.

Next door to Bald Knobs are Merritt, Stiversville and Oldtown Flats.

The Forester in beige

Ask for beige in your request; the offer confirms the colour of the car. Our beige cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one. A colour can never be promised before we confirm; ask for beige in your request.

What the figures tell you

Its 2.5L 4-cylinder drives through an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

The EPA rates it at 8.2 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 25 litres. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $12.71, and a 300 km weekend about $38.13.

Inside and out

It offers the space of an SUV with the height that makes loading easy.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Rent it from us

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person.

Your request, our offer, your keys

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

What you need to rent

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Ready when you are

When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.
