How a booking comes together

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

Driver basics

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
