In yellow

We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for yellow and we try. A yellow car can be requested, but never promised before we confirm. Our yellow cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one.

Reading the spec sheet

Its electric motor drives through a 1-speed automatic. It is fully electric: no gas at all, and you return it with the charge it had at pickup. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

Its rating is 18.6 kWh/100 km: about 56 kWh for 300 km. The EPA rates its range at 507 km. Winter cold and fast highway driving cut that down. Every 100 km costs about $2.79 in electricity at our price setting.

Living with the Model 3

As a mid-size car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. The trunk holds 425 litres by the EPA's count: a family's bags for a long weekend.

Who it is for

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends.

Our Model 3 cars

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.

Booking with CarmaCars

You request the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Checking your details

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
