Unity and the A4

If you are near Unity, Unity Village, Knobtown and Vale are close too.

Engine and fuel

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid is what moves it, with all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Combined fuel use is 8.3 L/100 km: about 25 litres for 300 km. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $38.61 at our price setting.

Best uses

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Space, size and seats

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. Luggage space is rated at 340 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Our A4 cars

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.

Licence, age and card

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

How renting with us works

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Over to you

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
