The numbers in plain words

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

At 8.3 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 25 litres of fuel. In money, 1,000 km costs about $128.70 at our price setting.

Who it is for

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Living with the A4

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. In plain terms, its 340 litres of luggage space hold about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Renting this car

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.

Requirements

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

How to book

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
