The figures, translated

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, driving through a 7-speed automatic. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Its combined rating is 8.3 L/100 km, which means roughly 25 litres for 300 km. That works out to about $12.87 per 100 km at our price setting.

Best uses

Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country. It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends.

How big it is

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Its 340 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Rent it from us

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.

Who can rent

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

How to book

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
