A note on Java

If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. We have no location in Java; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 1,639 km away.

Neighbouring areas include Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

Under the hood

Power comes from the 1.8L 4-cylinder, driving through an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Expect about 22 litres for every 300 km, going by its 7.3 L/100 km combined rating. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $11.32 at our price setting.

Who it is for

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Space and size

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. At 368 litres, the trunk fits about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Can I rent it?

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner.

How it works

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Checking your details

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
