Before the shop sees your Seltos

Car care, briefly

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

A short checklist

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
