Size and finish

Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. There are 2 NHTSA recall campaigns on file for it; a dealer can check by the VIN.

How to request it

A person reads your request and replies with the next step. You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.

Driving while yours is in

A rental means the work does not stop your week. Add a rental to the same request as the work. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.

How the price is set

The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. We price the job before we start, never after.

On the day

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Timing

A clear timeline comes with every quote. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.

Looking after it afterwards

New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
