Arranging the work for the Seltos

CarmaCars does not do mechanical work, but for mechanical repairs or maintenance on the 2021 Kia Seltos LX we arrange a trusted shop. Regular maintenance keeps small problems from turning into large ones.

Before the shop sees your Seltos

Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Tell the shop the year, the trim and the engine: the 2.0L 4-cylinder. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Seltos. The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive and an automatic (CVT).

From request to repair

The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.

Keep moving meanwhile

A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.

A short checklist

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Small things that help

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.

Ready when you are

Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
