Oil Change in Ruby, VA

Oil Change in Ruby

Oil Change in Ruby: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. The job: An oil and filter change, done by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine oil and its filter are changed on the schedule in your owner's manual, by distance or by time.

How we help

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.

What to ask

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Small things that help

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
