Towing in Pointers, NJ

Arranging the work in Pointers

Towing in Pointers: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

Who does what

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. A person replies within one business day. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.

Between shop visits

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

A short checklist

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Honest about distance

There is no CarmaCars location in Pointers; everything we do starts in Toronto. Pointers is about 561 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 250 km.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. For work in Pointers, ask in a request and we tell you honestly whether we know a shop there. Still have a question about Pointers? Ask in a request, and we answer plainly. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.
