Cheap car rental: 2018 Audi A4 Technik in Java

Cheap car rental with this car

For a rental on a budget, the 2018 Audi A4 Technik could fit; below, the figures and how booking works.

The A4 and Java

Java is about 1,933 km from our Toronto location, beyond the area we deliver to. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Java.

Close by are Maydelle, Mewshaw and Oakland, each with its own page.

Specs, explained

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with all-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Rated at 8.6 L/100 km combined, it needs around 26 litres for a 300 km round trip. At our price setting, it costs about $15.05 to drive 100 km.

Best uses

Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

The A4 in everyday use

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. The EPA measures its luggage space at 368 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Renting this car

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Before pickup

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

The booking steps

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

When you know your dates

Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
