What happens when you ask for a car

You request the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Checking your details

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
